This is my first blog post from our New amazing website! First I need to give a shout out to Donna Fearing from Creative Spaces Studio in Waterford. She was so valuable in helping us create this awesome site, and we now have our own Domain 2fanciegals.com!!! Thank you Donna you are an amazing worker and we love, love, love our new website.
These last 18 months have been so life changing for all of us not only in our community but through out the whole world. We absolutely love being a small retail business and catering to our hometown customers. However, just like other small businesses we have had to recreate ourselves in order to survive. At the beginning of all this craziness we started having online sales and surprise boxes with purchases. We even had porch sales and everyone was so supportive in Burlington and surrounding towns. But we soon found out we needed to expand our online presence. We have shipped our custom repurposed furniture to California and all the way to the other coast in New York. Starting in November we hope to update our online sales, including furniture, home decor, accessories like jewelry and hats. For all the Do It Yourselfers we now carry a new line of chalk paint DIY by Debi Beard. This is an amazing paint with vibrant colors and fabulous pigments. Come on in and we can guide you in the right direction with your at home project. We will offer shipping, local home delivery, porch and in shop pickups (our favorite). We really do miss seeing all your smiling faces.
Aubrey, my daughter and the other Fancie Gal, as most of you know has started a weekly FaceBook live on Friday afternoons which she calls TGIF...Thank God Its Fancie. She not only shows all of our new creations but she also highlights all the other local events. We encourage anyone who wants to share something to contact us and she will highlight it on those lives. FaceBook has been a little difficult lately but we are hoping to get back to lives at 3pm every Friday.
Speaking of events, we are so excited that Saturday October 30, 2021 Spooky City will be back. Aubrey is a Halloween freak and she just loves to get in those awesome costumes. We will have a mad scientist outside showing off his covid vaccine so stop by and get a selfie with him. We will have loads and loads of candy and anyone 12 and under gets a free pumpkin (while supplies last)! Lets make this the best HALLOWEEN ever!
